The living spaces draw from the local Marapu themes, using carved wooden panels and local objects and art. Common areas are set up under thatched roofs, while the villa roofs are covered with live greenery, making a conscious connection to the landscape. The on-site farm is an integral part of Cap Karoso, and the founders strive to create an eco-conscious property. The resort has twenty beachfront villas and forty-seven guest rooms, and its facilities include a Julang restaurant, a spa, a swimming pool, and a beach club. Guests can also enjoy an open-air cinema.
