Where the Y are we going in 2024?
Whilst we’re starting this year locally with our beloved family and friends, we’re looking forward to the array of breathtaking destinations that our team are embarking on later in the year. From the snowy peaks of the Dolomites and Lech to the vibrant energy of Miami and the cultural richness of Buenos Aires, Switzerland, and Alaska. The iconic Byron Bay
This is where our team are heading (so far) in 2024 - no doubt plenty of additions to come:
Yvonne - I’m starting the year by taking my annual Ski Buzz Ski Safari through The Dolomites and Lech. In April I’m heading to Miami for the Global Silversea Advisory Board Meeting. I will then continue on to Colombia to discover the quaint seaside town of Cartagena, before heading further south to Argentina to attend The Emotions Trade Show in Buenos Aires, and a Women’s Leadership gathering in Mendoza. Later in the year, time to holiday with family in Greece, Alaska & Peru for other board meetings in the back half of the year.
Shelley - I’m heading off to Darwin in January (yes I know.. it’s well & truly the wet season!!) to visit family. In February, embarking on a 7 night Ponant New Zealand Cruise and June, my family are flying to Puglia, Italy for the first time to attend a family wedding.
Ruth - Lot’s of multi-gen trips this year - one to Eyre Peninsula, and a second trip to Byron Bay with 20 family members. Fingers crossed that I’ll also be taking to the seas on a fabulous Silversea Expedition Cruise.
Linda - Bangkok in March for a work trip as I’m attending the Virtuoso Owner & Manager’s AUNZ Forum.
Tracy - To start the year I am meeting friends in Thailand in March then in July I’m off to Portugal for a family multi-gen reunion. We are taking a villa in the Algarve and will be spending a week together. After that I’m going to Greece then the UK and Ireland.
Leora - For the third year in a row, my family is returning to Byron Bay for a multi-gen getaway week over the Easter break. In April I am off to discover all things Sicilian at the TRUE SICILY trade show followed by time on the new hot island of Ischia in Italy. No trip is complete without a few days in Rome then London on the way home to visit my son.
Kara - Starting the year taking my little ones on a Disney Cruise – the happiest place on earth on water! I’m then heading to Europe in September for a Porsche Exclusive Driving Tour and getting a taste of La Dolce Vita in Italia!
Francoise - End of May I’m heading to Switzerland for my mum’s 90th birthday! Side trip to Amsterdam & hiking through the Dolomites.
Pina - Long weekend with the girls in Daylesford. Attending the ILTM Asia Pacific trade show in July and hoping to return to Europe in October when the crowds have died down a little. Hard to choose between France, Spain or Portugal… maybe all 3!
